Innovative Technologies has a team of technicians staffed that are very knowledgeable in both centrifuges and the ethanol industry in general. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and are continuously expanding our capabilities as industries that we serve need them.

1. Disassembly

Machines are disassembled carefully using all necessary jibs and pullers.

2. Cleaning

All components are completely cleaned prior to inspections.

3. Inspections

All critical parts are carefully inspected and measured for any damages, then chromed and machined back to OEM specifications. 

4. Conveyor Repair

If there’s damage to the conveyor, we can address and repair the following: feed zone and discharge bushing, flighting build-up and modifications, and hard surfacing application.

5. Balancing

Prior to assembly of the centrifuge, the bowl and scroll will be dynamically balanced at Innovative Technologies shop.

6. Assembly

Parts that meet or exceed OEM standards are installed on the machines.

7. Reports

Every aspect of the rebuild is documented so that we, along with our customers, can keep a history of each machine.

8. Delivery

To save you time and money, we will deliver your rebuilt centrifuge right to your door so you can put it back to work.
